In secondary and tertiary markets around the country, it is important to become an expert in one asset class, although we will often find ourselves working in many different asset classes.

Find which type of asset class you enjoy working with. Doing this will not only help you get the clients who are looking for the spaces, it will also make you a “go to” person for other brokers in the area when they need advice or are looking for space.
